Our project “Umhambi, Children’s Fountain of Hope” was supported in 2021 as part of the SAP Employee Initiative “Restcent” with a donation of 10.000 €!
We are overjoyed about this and thank you on behalf of the children who receive this support.
With the “Restcent-Initiative”, SAP employees can donate the cents after the decimal point on their payroll for a charitable cause. This amount is then doubled by the company management.
Our project was submitted by a committed employee and, to our delight, was selected by the voters with a grant of € 10,000.
Therefore 50 children can attend school for a year, or school tuition is guaranteed for six months for all children currently being funded.
